Roshi Bernie Glassman Zen Peacemaker Order Vision Tour 2015
At The Village Zendo with Roshi Pat Enkyo O’Hara
Bernie Glassman is on an international tour of US and European cities to share his vision for the Zen Peacemaker Order.
He will speak about the Three Tenets of the Order: not-knowing, bearing witness, and the loving action coming out of not-knowing and bearing witness. He will discuss the ZPO as world-wide spiritual movement of social action as spiritual practice, bearing witness retreats at places of trauma around the world, forms of practice for individual and collective enlightenment, and how we can live our lives with openness and wonder.
Roshi Enkyo O’Hara will relate his overarching vision to the unique location, community, interests and challenges at the Village Zendo.
The event is open to the public. Q&A will follow.
