Taking Care of Ourselves and Others: Our Zendo Precautions
In order to operate the Zendo safely, we will be taking the following precautions:
- As of October 24, 2022, advance registration is no longer required to attend in person.
- Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early in order to minimize disruptions during zazen.
- A maximum of 25 people will normally be allowed in the space.
- Attendees must wear a mask covering the nose and mouth throughout the practice. KN95 or equivalent is strongly encouraged (cloth masks not acceptable) and observe social distancing. For anyone who has forgotten, masks will be available.
- Air purifiers have been placed throughout the space. Hospital-grade filters have been installed in the HVAC system. Windows will be opened when possible.
- No food or drink will be provided.
- We will continue to maintain the Zendo’s high standard of cleanliness.
- These precautions are subject to change depending on public health conditions.
