Body and Mind Upright

The longer I practice,
the more I realize that the WAY
we arrange our bodies is the WAY
we arrange our minds.
They are not-two.
Find the sweet spot and your zazen
will be active, alive and tzu-chan.

Jo-An’s skill will amaze you. Recently he corrected my posture and immediately I felt the difference in presence and breath. Whether you are in a chair, a bench or a cushion, Jo-An can adjust, and modify your position so that you can sit with ease and clarity.
His workshop this Sunday afternoon will change your practice, please be there.
bows, with head upright and knees down,
