In this Dharma talk, “The Real Real,” Bokushu Hoshi speaks of how our culture encourages us to handle personal problems by blaming, scapegoating and attacking “others.” And yet, Zen practice offers us another Way: to meticulously observe and tolerate our own problems without inflicting our suffering on other people. Through this practice, we can heal broken selves and serve this broken world.
