Zazen is sitting meditation, which we alternate with walking meditation, or kinhin. During kinhin periods it is permitted to enter or exit the zendo.
Mornings:
Morning zazen (sitting meditation)
Tuesday through Friday 7:30 am to 8:30 am
Mid-day:
Tuesday through Friday 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Evenings:
Monday:
6:30 pm - 7:05 zazen, 7:05 - 7:15 kinhin
7:15 - 7:45 zazen, 7:45 - 7:55 kinhin
7:55 - 8:20 zazen, 8:20 Four Vows.
Beginning instruction is available Monday evenings.
Tuesday:
5:30 pm - 6:05 zazen, 6:05 - 6:15 kinhin
6:15 - 6:50 zazen, 6:50 Four Vows.
Wednesday:
5:30 pm - 6:05 zazen, 6:05 - 6:15 kinhin
6:15 - 6:50 zazen, 6:50 Four Vows.
Thursday:
7:00 pm - 7:35 zazen, 7:35 - 7:45 kinhin
7:45 dharma talk, 8:30 Four Vows.

Beginning Instruction
Monday Evenings @ 6:30 PM
For those new to Zen meditation or who have not sat in a zendo before. Posture and forms will be covered as well as instruction on how to begin a meditation practice. An optional small group discussion will be offered from 7.50 - 8.20 pm for questions. No pre-registration required. Voluntary donation appreciated.

Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Given by Roshi or a senior student
after one period of zazen. Talk
