The Village Zendo is honored to present Making Peace: The World as One Body With Bernie Glassman
Friday, February 15th from 7.00 – 9.00 pm
Saturday, February 16th from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm, with reception 4.00 – 5.00 pm
With a style that is both touching and humorous, Bernie Glassman gives inspiration to live a life that matters by bearing witness to the wholeness of human experience.
On Friday evening, the program will include discussion of the Three Tenets of the Zen Peacemakers: Not Knowing, Bearing Witness and Loving Actions.
On Saturday, the program will include talks and group discussions on Living A Life That Matters.
Bernie will share insights from:
• Studying and Teaching Zen for over 55 years
• Leading ‘Bearing Witness” Retreats, both at Auschwitz and on the Streets
• Initiating Social Enterprises and Non-profits
• Clowning in Refugee Camps
• Peace Work in the Middle East

There will be a reception for workshop attendees with Bernie following the Saturday program, from 4.00 – 5.00 pm.
Space is limited and pre-pay registration will be required.
If you want to go to both events you must buy both tickets separately.
